Side Panels
The side panels are placed in a Nefab RePaK box after being protected against corrosion. To be secured in a good way through the whole shipment the panels are placed into a foam system that will keep them in an upright position and make sure that parts are not touching each other.
Exit Slides
Solution Description: Due to the characteristics of the Exit Slides they are first packed into a conductive returnable packaging. While placed in the box parts are also protected against corrosion.
Cabin Equipment
Nefab has created a solution for monitors where they are packed into an inner packaging box containing convoluted foam. Each box is then packed into an outer box – in this case a Nefab Repak. The outer box is designed with a shell system to ensure protection against shock and vibration as well as speed up the handling of the entire pack process.
