The program gives graduates from various countries the chance to start their career in project work related to markets, production or finance at the head office in Jonkoping, Sweden. These people develop a comprehensive network within the Nefab Group, whereupon they are shuttled out on various assignments within the company. The program has been highly successful and is the source of a significant portion of the Group's management recruits. This includes two former trainees who are now members of corporate management.
