Trainee Programme
Nefab’s Trainee Programme was established in 1997 and has been a very successful way of giving young academic graduates an efficient start to their working life.

Purpose
The purpose of our programme is to find people with the right competence and personal profile to secure a continuous sustainable growth of the Nefab Group.
Being a trainee will give you possibilities to build a comprehensive network within Nefab, to gain business and customer understanding and to gain experiences through practical work in various projects.
Structure of the programme
Nefab’s Trainee Programme runs over 10 months with a base at the Head office in Jönköping where you will get to know the company and the business. During the programme, theory and practice will be mixed. Some of the trainee positions might include frequent travel abroad.
During the programme you will be involved in various projects within one or more of the areas: ”Sales & Marketing”, ”Global procurement” or "Corporate IT” and also participate in internal training programs covering Nefab’s products and concepts.
Basic requirements
Recent university graduates with degrees in engineering, business administration, environmental economics, logistics or similar (min. 3-4 years of studies). Fluency in English required, additional language is a merit.
Application rules
