August 2008 International Trainee Program Kicked Off!!

It is with great pleasure that Nefab announces the beginning of the August 2008 International Trainee Program. Nefab’s trainee program was designed in the year 1997 to attract highly skilled recent graduates into an international career!

In the latest trainee groups Nefab has seen colleagues from China, Brazil, Canada, Estonia, and Sweden among other countries.

During the trainee program candidates will learn and develop through various tasks:

First of all they will learn the Nefab culture and how to act local but think global.
Take specific courses from key Nefab personnel and external consultants.
Team up with Nefab personnel worldwide to build their network while helping on cross-border projects.
On-going development in Nefab’s e-learning program “Web Academy”.
Guidance and support from a Mentor.
Training and practice periods on different Markets within the Group.
And much more.

During the first part of the trainee program, candidates are based in the city of Jonkoping, Sweden where the Global Headquarters of Nefab is located.
