Nefab has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of the total share in Packinn NV,
Belgium.
Packinn provides transport packaging, mainly to the export industry. The company’s main
market is Belgium and the turnover is approximately Euro 4 M.
The acquisition is a step forward in Nefab’s strategy to increase the presence of the market
in Europe. At the same time the acquisition means a broadening of the product range and
the product competence.
The acquisition is expected to have a positive affect on Nefab’s profit per share in the first
year.
“Packinn is well established on the Belgian market and has many interesting products in its
portfolio”, says CEO Lars-Åke Rydh. “Our intention is to use the competence in the
company to develop business in other European markets. The acquisition is another step
forward in Nefab’s strategy to deliver complete packaging solutions worldwide.” Rydh
