Nefab has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the packaging company NAIROD in France.
NAIROD designs and manufactures a large range of handling, storage and transport steel containers and the company’s product range enables the requirements of major industrial groups.
NAIROD’S turnover amounts to 3 M€ and the company has 9 employees.
Nefab Packaging France will use Nairod as a bridge within the Rhones Alpes region.
The acquisition will broaden Nefab’s technical expertise and product range by offering a new competence in packaging design and production of steel containers on the French market.
