Nefab Acquires Packaging Company in Norway
Nefab has signed an agreement to acquire the operation of the packaging company Gregersen & Rosenvinge AS in Norway.

Gregersen & Rosenvinge supplies transport packaging to industrial customers in Norway. Sales amount to SEK 15 M. The acquisition doubles Nefab sales in Norway to SEK 30 M.

”This acquisition is another step in Nefab’s strategy to increase the presence on the European market while at the same time broadening the product range and the product competence”, says Lars-Åke Rydh, President and CEO of Nefab.

In connection with the acquisition, Nefab’s entity in Norway changes name to Nefab Packaging Norway AS.
