Our People:
All PDC designers & engineers offer deep packaging and production experience and high creativity level toward packaging designs.
Hardware:
Our Packaging Development Centres are equipped with the newest workstations and portable workstations to help the daily work and in some special cases the fast, on-site reaction needed.
Network:
All PDC’s use a very fast internet connection and LAN, phone, skype, msn, and a NetMeeting software to help the engineers continuously consult their work internally or with our customers. With this our Packaging Development Centres save time and in parallel customise the solution in the most effective way.
Software:
This is the main part of packaging design & development tools. PDC engineers use 3D computer aided design (CAD) to reduce as much as possible the development phase time. It’s no use to have trials with costly prototypes during the development stage. With the use of a 3D model of the customer’s product which needs to be packed, Nefab engineers can build the packaging around the product.
By simply rotating the product in the CAD they can find; the optimal orientation of the product in the packaging, and can provide pictures or 3D models to show and consult about changes with the customer. The prototype developed together according to the mentioned process and put through stringent testing ensures the product through its packaging will achieve all desired expectations.
