Assembly Instructions for the Nefab ExPak S:

Step 1. Start by placing one of the sides inside the bottom metal profile, placing the tabs through the tab slots.

 

Step 2. Slide in the first end panel, placing the bottom end corner tabs through the tab slots.

 

Step 3. Attach the second end panel using the same method as the first one.

 

Step 4. After inserting the last side panel, place the lid over the top with the tabs in the tab slot and the corner posts on the inside of the lid's metal profile.

 

Please note: To open and close the box, all you need is a screwdriver. Place the end of the screwdriver in the hole in the tab and bend it 180 degrees. Alternatively, Nefab has custom tools to make the packing and handling process more efficient.
