Before approaching Nefab, for their completed telecom cabinets (all products inside) the customer was using wooden boxes for export shipments, and corrugated boxes for the empty cabinets. For integrated cabinets being delivered from Italy and France to the rest of Europe and overseas, the packaging was a mixture of corrugated and wooden boxes.

Nefab approached this customer after being referred by one of their existing customers to determine if they could be of any help. After discussing their current packaging situation, flows, material handling and others… The outcome from the project was a Complete Packaging Solution consisting of an ExPak H (plywood box) with a plywood lightweight pallet and ESD foil + foam inner packaging.
