Once a year Nefab puts its ear to the ground
Every year Nefab conducts a Customer Satisfaction survey, where we ask the customer to provide some feedback of having Nefab as their packaging partner. The survey is a great possibility for Nefab to learn what we do well and, more importantly, to learn our weaker sides and how to improve them.

In 2009 the Green Team took the possibility to add a few new questions in the environmental field, besides the standard questions in the survey. The new green questions where very well received by our customers and some of them also agreed to be interviewed with the focus on environmental issues. Consequently, Nefab had a telephone interview with 30 customers where the discussion were open and had no fixed agenda. The result was very inspiring with a lot of praise for our latest initiatives and also many ideas on how to improve further. If we continue with our green efforts and continuously improve them, we have a great possibility to take a position in the very forefront of packaging suppliers with environmental focus.
