Production of Flightcases in Spain

Nefab Spain has recently started the production of Flightcases. Flightcases are a tailor-made packaging, where each component is completely adapted to the customer's product.

Using 3D models for both the packaging and your product, the final flightcase is customized to your specific situation. Of course, personalized components are included such as, wheels, butterfly fasteners, trolleys, profiles, etc. The cases are mainly made of coated plywood with aluminum profiles. This combination offers low weight and excellent product protection!

“The production of Flightcases was developed in our central Nefab factory in Spain, located in Getafe (Madrid). Specific machinery and tools have been acquired to deal with this type of packaging, which is a perfect complement for the rest of our product portfolio”, says Mario Jiménez, Production Manager of Nefab Spain.

Flightcases are highly suitable for transport, handling and storage of electronics, instruments, and other devices. The cases are also often used as sales and demo cases, or as exclusive product packaging for long-term use.

Should you have any request, we will be delighted to help you!
