FAM AB går genom en riktad nyemission in som hälftenägare till Nefab-koncernen. Affären offentliggjordes under april månad och var föremål för godkännande hos berörda myndigheter. Dessa godkännanden har nu erhållits och FAM tillträder därmed som delägare i Nefab.

Nefab Singapore has acquired the business of Precise Packaging Solutions (PPS) in Singapore. The acquisition is made as an asset deal and the business is integrated in the existing legal entity of Nefab Singapore.
