The Nefab Code of Conduct is the framework that explains the behavior Nefab expects of each and every employee, supplier and stakeholder around the world.
Our Code of Conduct is the product of our core business values and principles, which date back to our humble beginnings in Sweden in the mid-20th century and carry over to present day. Our employees and stakeholders apply these to their work and actions on a daily basis. On the surface level, we are guided by the mission of providing our customers fairly priced products and services which serve to lower their costs,
without compromising on quality or reliability. However, when you boil it down, these things just come from a commitment to doing the right thing. In everything we do, we act honorably and treat one another with respect, while following ethical and legal standards to the utmost level. At Nefab, we believe that if we act in this way, above all else, the rest will fall into place.
The Nefab Code of Conduct provides a framework for employees and stakeholders to put business principles into practice with the utmost integrity. It is the foundation of our work, of which everything we do in connection to Nefab should, and will, be measured against, in order to enable the highest possible standards of ethics and integrity.
