Nefab Acquires Trio Emballage AB

We are happy to announce that Nefab Packaging Sweden AB has acquired Trio Emballage AB as of March 02 2020.

Trio Emballage AB is a producer of heavy duty packaging solutions located in Staffanstorp, close to Malmö in the southern part of Sweden.  With more than 30 years of experience and a strong position in the Swedish market, Trio Emballage AB will be a great addition to our existing platform.

We warmly welcome the team of around 50 people from Trio Emballage AB into the Nefab family, and we look forward to presenting an even stronger offer to our customers in the Swedish market.

Their traditional "coffin-style" foam inserts consumed excess material, leading to higher expenses, more waste, and a larger carbon footprint. By re-engineering the packaging, we developed a streamlined, resource-efficient solution that provided the necessary protection while significantly reducing material use and volumetric weight.
