Sweden and Slovakia, effective April 2nd, 2026 – Nefab Group has acquired Vallos, s.r.o.(“Vallos”), a Slovakian company specializing in complete packaging solutions and corrugated products. This acquisition will further strengthen Nefab's global and local market position and reinforce its commitment to saving resources in supply chains.
The high-quality and wide range of fiber-based solutions offered by Vallos are an excellent complement to Nefab Slovakia’s current capabilities. This integration will enable Nefab to better support both regional and local customers with innovative and sustainable solutions.
