The C2C Cube is fully cleanroom compatible, enabling seamless transfer of packaged contents between cleanrooms.
Seamless Cleanroom Transfers
Let the cube protect your parts until further processing inside the cleanroom. Keep together unique sets of parts and use the associated cube as a carrier all along the lifespan of the set. The entire C2C Cube range has undergone testing at Nefab's in-house ISTA certified test lab.
Fast
The modularity of the different sizes facilitates multiple configurations of stacking, storing and handling. Custom C2C accessories can improve efficiency further: trolleys, special inserts, fastening plates, ESD protection, temperature isolation and much more.
Clean
Although a universal pillow cushioning concept available, Nefab can design special inserts for the C2C cube. Nefab offers custom fixtures, special foam cushioning or thermoformed fittings to protect your products. A wide range of solutions and accessories is already available.
Protection
The C2C system is designed as a returnable solution with a very long lifespan. With Nefab’s global refurbishing service plan, each C2C Cube can be quickly prepared for reuse after every cycle. Nefab offers comprehensive refurbishment services, which include cleaning, replacement, repair, and modification.

Cube 423
Cube 423 is with its dimensions 385 x 290 x 350 mm the smallest cube in our range. This cube is designed to pack small parts with a weight up to 5 kg. Cube 423 has the same features as the bigger sizes and the special stacking features allow stacking this cube easily on each other and on the other cube sizes.
Cube 223
Cube 223 is the same height as Cube 423 but offers slightly greater overall dimensions. It accommodates products weighing up to 10 kg and measures 579 x 386 x 350 mm. For ease of transport, it features integrated handles, while internal fastening holes allow for secure fixture installation tailored to specific components. Positioned as the medium option among the small cube series, Cube 223 is also compatible with the matching dolly 223 for enhanced mobility.
Cube 213
Cube 213 shares the same footprint as Cube 212 but is half the height, measuring 772 x 579 x 350 mm. It is built to carry products weighing up to 25 kg. Equipped with six locks (arranged 3 x 2), Cube 213 is a highly popular choice. Two units fit neatly onto a standard shipping pallet. The matching Dolly 213, with an identical footprint, allows for convenient transport across the full cube range.
Cube 212
Cube 212 is the higher version of cube 213. The size is 772 x 579 x 690 mm. Cube 212 has an internal height of 600 mm and it is built in 3 parts (bottom, sleeve and lid). This allows for easy placement or mounting your product at the bottom, enabling the subsequent attachment of the sleeve and lid. Base and lid are identical. The integrated handles on the side enable easy handling. Cube 212 is designed for products up to 50 kg. A dolly with the same footprint is available.
Cube 113
Cube 113 was introduced as the lower-profile counterpart to Cube 111. Designed for products with limited height and a maximum load of 70 kg, it
measures 1158 x 772 x 350 mm. Supplied as a base and lid, Cube 113 features a total of 10 locks (arranged 3 x 2 and 2 x 2) for secure closure. It offers
excellent stackability - both with other Cube 113 units and directly on top of Cube 111.
Cube 111
Cube 111 is the largest model in the range, designed to handle components weighing up to 100 kg. It measures 1158 x 772 x 1030 mm and, like Cube 212, consists of three parts: bottom, sleeve, and lid. Its robust construction and tailored features make it ideal for shuttle packaging between cleanrooms, streamlining product flow. With its universal inner cushioning concept, Cube 111 enables immediate, secure packing of clean parts for direct shipment to another cleanroom - offering a truly state-of-the-art packaging solution.
C2C Cube Consumables
Our consumables are designed for safe and efficient handling and transport of cubes, meeting cleanroom standards. Consumables alternatives includes:
- The Clean Return Kit includes cleanroom bags and hoisting belts for secure return shipments.
- The customized corrugated Send Box protects cubes during transport, tailored to fit each size. Lightweight pallets, available in plastic, metal, or plywood (ISPM 15 compliant), are customized for various cube types.
- Security Ties with unique numbers enhance traceability, while tailored pillows provide protection for critical components.
- Safety knives are optimized for opening PE bags, ensuring a comprehensive solution for reliable protection and operational efficiency.
C2C Service
We deliver the C2C Cube where you need it. Our refurbishment program prepares your Cube for the next use. We clean, repair, modify and repack your Cube for being used again. A range of standard consumables facilitates multiple use and re-use of the Cubes. Nefab provides all inclusive refurbishment: cleaning, replacing, repairing, and modification.
C2C Cube Refurbishment
We offer a refurbishment service for the C2C cube. Send us your used cubes and we get them back to new with our well documented refurbishment program. We repair, modify or renew your Cube and repack it so that it is ready again to be entered in the cleanroom. The refurbishing cycle also cleans the inner cushioning concept, the belts and the fitting (if present) and it includes a control of the fastening screws, air filter, label and RFID tag.
C2C Product Testing
C2C Cubes and their custom inserts are designed at our Nefab Engineering Center, tested in our ISTA-certified lab, and cleaned in our cleanroom facility (ISO 5 and ISO 7) in the Netherlands.
