At Nefab, we are committed to conducting our business with simplicity, empowerment, and respect. Our Code of Conduct serves as the cornerstone of our ethical framework, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of integrity across all operations. We prioritize respect for human rights and take a strong stance against corruption, ensuring that these values are embedded throughout our supply chain.
In 2023, Nefab launched its corporate strategy with five strategic areas, one of which is "Sustainability as a foundation for growth." This reflects our commitment to embedding sustainability in everything we do and prioritizing it at every level, from the Board of Directors to local operational departments. To reinforce this, we have introduced a Sustainability Directive that establishes sustainability as a pillar of our corporate governance model. This directive serves as a guiding framework, aligning sustainability efforts across the organization while incorporating key policies such as the Environmental Policy, Code of Conduct, Health and Safety Policy, and Human Resources Policy. By embedding sustainability into our corporate governance, we ensure a holistic and accountable approach to driving long-term positive impact.
At Nefab, we are dedicated to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our Code of Conduct is fully aligned with the principles of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), ensuring that we uphold the highest standards in labor practices, environmental responsibility, ethics, and health & safety across our global operations.
As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible business, several of our sites globally have undergone RBA audits, achieving Silver and Platinum ratings.
We are committed to ensuring that the materials and products we source meet the highest standards of ethical, environmental, and social responsibility. Our responsible sourcing practices are designed to promote fair labor conditions, minimize environmental impact, and support sustainable supply chains. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect for human rights, safe working conditions, and environmentally responsible production.
As part of our commitment to responsible sourcing, we are actively developing a Global Responsible Managed Forest Implementation strategy to strengthen our approach to sourcing certified materials and plan to finalize it during 2025.
In our commitment to sustainability, we engage with multiple governance frameworks that shape our responsible business practices. By integrating these standards into our strategies, we enhance transparency, foster accountability, and drive improvements in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
