EdgePak Collar is a lightweight, fiber-based pallet collar solution. The solution distinguishes itself from traditional wooden and paper-based pallet collars through a unique combination of corrugated cardboard and strawboard.
Featuring up to three cleverly designed corrugated collars secured with sturdy strawboard corners, it offers considerable stacking strength and is designed to withstand the rigors of challenging supply chains. A paper-recyclable lid and base complete the solution on top of standard wooden pallets. EdgePak Collar is available in three standard pallet sizes.

EdgePak Collar mirrors the standard inner and outer dimensions of traditional wooden collars. The collars are 200 mm (7.9") in height with a 21 mm (0.93") frame thickness. Their footprint matches the dimensions of different standard pallets.
Same handling
EdgePak Collar can be set up quickly and stacked around products in a similar manner to wooden collars, ensuring minimal disruption in workflow. The collars can be folded flat to save space during shipping and storage.
Significant strength and rigidity
The collars are engineered for maximum stacking strength and rigidity, reinforced by strong, insertable strawboard corners. They can support dynamic stacking loads of up to 400 kg (882 lbs) and warehouse stacking loads up to 800 kg (1764 lbs).
