Antislip mats are quick and easy to apply, requiring no tools, tensioners, or inflators, which reduces handling time and material use. Unlike blocking or strapping methods, they also do not require anchoring points.
The high-friction surface (μ ≥ 0.6) increases resistance to movement and significantly improves load stability by raising the dynamic friction coefficient between the load and the contact surface. This results in safer and more efficient load securing. The product complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including EN 12195.
The higher the friction between the load and the surface, the less securing effort is needed. High friction levels therefore significantly reduce time and costs, while helping to prevent transport damage from shifting loads in a simple and cost-effective way.
These materials can be integrated in multiple ways depending on the application. As intermediate layers, they are placed between stacked products or pallets to prevent shifting between tiers. Used as slide-proof base layers, they create a stable foundation that helps keep entire loads firmly in place during transport. They can also be positioned directly under cargo units to enhance grip between the load and the transport surface, such as pallets, containers, or truck floors.
They are particularly well suited for the transport of buckets, where their high-friction properties help prevent movement, improve load stability, and enhance transport safety.
Their versatility makes them suitable for use across all major transport modes, including road, rail, sea, and air freight, as well as in warehousing and distribution environments.
Antislip foam combines cushioning with friction. It adapts slightly to surface irregularities, which helps it maintain grip on uneven or sensitive goods. This makes it especially useful when you need both slip resistance and gentle protection, for example with fragile or high-value products.
Antislip rubber provides the highest friction and durability. It performs very well under heavy loads and in demanding conditions, including moisture and repeated stress, but is less suited for high-volume applications due to its weight and cost.
Antislip paper uses surface friction to prevent load movement. It is thin, lightweight, and cost-efficient, making it ideal for layered palletizing where space and weight are critical. As it offers limited cushioning, it is less suitable for shock absorption or surface protection. The material complies with EUMOS 40509 and is available in sheets or rolls.
This anti-slip material is made from a high-density polyethylene film with an anti-slip coating. It stabilizes any packaging format and acts as a water barrier for surfaces, intermediate layers, and top covers. It can be used on pallet level as a layer or top cover and is available in rolls in different qualities. The material is easy to integrate into packaging lines and is suitable for drums, pails, bags, and more.
Antislip corrugated sheets feature a B (Stabulon B) or E (Stabulon E) flute board with anti-slip coatings on both sides for maximum load stability. They offer excellent non-slip performance, high rigidity, and resistance to tears and punctures from damaged pallets. Suitable for tertiary packaging, indirect food contact, and both manual and automated applications, they are also 100% recyclable.
