Nefab is a global provider of industrial packaging, logistics and digital services. With more than 75 years of experience combined with competence and presence in 39 countries, we offer global solutions and local service worldwide to companies in industries such as Telecom, Datacom, Semicon, Energy, Healthcare equipment, Mining & Construction, E-mobility, and Defense.
Nefab saves environmental and financial resources by optimizing supply chains. We do this by innovating together with our customers to create smarter packaging and logistics solutions while always respecting people and high ethical standards. This contributes to a better tomorrow for our customers, for society, and for the environment.
During 2025, we made significant strides in executing our strategy leading up to 2030, solidifying sustainability as a core pillar for Nefab. Recognizing that approximately 20% of global CO2eq emissions stem from transportation, we continue to focus on a holistic approach to supply chains. Our primary focus is on increasing investments in sustainable and circualr packaging and logistics services, helping our customers achieve their sustainability targets.
2025 - Foundation
A year focused on strengthening governance, processes, and investments to build a solid foundation for the sustainability transition. This groundwork ensures resilience and positions the company to deliver on its 2030 ambitions.
2026 - Acceleration
A year of scaling impact by accelerating decarbonization, circularity, and the use of recycled materials, while advancing compliance with regulations. Stronger collaboration with customers and engaged teams will translate strategy into measurable results.
Our sustainability strategy aims to assist our customers in achieving their climate and circularity objectives by providing sustainable solutions through our committed team, efficient operations, and robust supply chain. At the same time, we continuously lower our own environmental footprint. Progress is supported by a comprehensive ESG roadmap to govern the progress of our sustainability initiatives.

We aim to support our customers in combatting climate change by optimizing supply chains, reducing CO2 emissions, and transitioning towards an improved circular use of packaging and resource flows. It is crucial to address the impact of packaging and its role in every stage of the supply chain to achieve sustainability goals.
We provide customized sustainable packaging solutions and services to meet each customer's needs. We develop solutions that will drive significant environmental and financial savings while still maintaining superior product protection. In addition, we offer logistics services to boost efficiency as well as track and trace systems to monitor performance. We leverage our GreenCalc tool to capture and report the value of sustainable solutions in our customers' supply chains.
Our organization offers professional and highly engaged employees who operate in a safe environment while delivering our promise to save resources in supply chains. Nefab adheres to the ISO 14001 framework and our Code of Conduct to ensure responsible business practices in both our internal operations and in our external supply chain. In addition, we continue to drive decarbonization of our operations to reach our 2030 goal.
Nefab’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Roadmap, introduced in 2023, is designed to guide, prioritize, and track the progress of key initiatives. Using 2022 as the baseline year, the roadmap outlines longterm goals extending through 2030.
Real impact starts with the right priorities. At Nefab, four strategic areas guide our decisions, actions, and long-term direction: climate action, circular economy, people empowerment, and responsible business. Together, these focus areas guide our actions and decision-making, ensuring that sustainability is embedded across our operations, value chain, and long-term strategy.
Climate change remains one of the most pressing global challenges, driven largely by greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across value chains. Emissions arise from multiple sources, including material production, manufacturing, logistics, and product use. Addressing these emissions requires a comprehensive approach that improves resource efficiency, reduces energy use, and enables lower-impact solutions across the entire supply chain.
Our commitment to circularity is grounded in a holistic circular economy approach, focused on material innovation, reducing operational waste, improving end-of-life, and designing packaging solutions with circularity at the core.
In 2025, Nefab successfully navigated evolving customer demands and a complex geopolitical landscape. This achievement has been made possible by the continuous strengthening of our organization and, above all, by the professionalism, commitment, and engagement of our people.
At Nefab, ethical business conduct is rooted in our core values of simplicity, empowerment, and respect. These principles guide how we operate across our organization and value chain and are formalized through our Code of Conduct, which sets clear expectations for integrity, respect for human rights, and zero tolerance for corruption. We expect these standards to be upheld not only within our own operations, but also throughout our supply chain and business relationships.
Cytiva, a Danaher company and a global leader in healthcare equipment, recognized Nefab with its Innovative Spirit Award, honoring a solution developed through close collaboration and a shared commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. The award highlights a modular, pallet-optimized packaging system that replaces multiple box sizes and plastic fillers with one standardized carton and a paper-based insert tailored to EUR-pallet dimensions.
In 2025, severe market disruptions, particularly within the automotive sector, put significant pressure on circularity and recycling programs across the supply chain. Against this backdrop, Nefab helped structure a strategic recovery and reuse arrangement between DENSO North America and AXJO America, demonstrating that circularity can still deliver measurable environmental and financial value, even under challenging market conditions.
Nefab and Nokia have worked together to develop a fiber-based packaging solution for Nokia’s 5G radio frequency (RF) modules. This design replaces traditional plastic materials with Nefab's FiberFlute cushioning, a paper-based material engineered to meet strict protection and performance requirements while significantly reducing environmental impact. The project has been recognized as a finalist for the Nokia Diamond Award 2025 in the Sustainability category for significantly reducing plastic waste and environmental impact while meeting strict protection and performance requirements.
Nefab has partnered with Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) to develop a fully fiber-based, plastic-free packaging solution for Signify’s outdoor lighting products. The new design replaces traditional EPS foam with Nefab’s proprietary corrugated structural cushioning, achieving complete plastic elimination while ensuring strong protection and performance. Thanks to its outstanding environmental impact and structural innovation, the project received the China GPA 2025 (Green Packaging Action) Award for Packaging Technology Innovation.
