The Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), which measures the number of recordable incidents per 100 full-time employees per year, will continue to be one of our key indicators to benchmark performance against industry standards.
As a knowledge-based company, Nefab’s success depends on the continuous development of our people. Continuous learning is an integral part of our strategy to maintain and strengthen critical capabilities across the organization.
We offer a wide range of learning opportunities through the Nefab Training Platform (NTP), which provides e-learning courses on topics such as sustainability, health and safety, the Code of Conduct, leadership, sales, and our product and service offerings. Learning and development efforts are structured around three key focus areas: Functional Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Sales Excellence.
Bring the Purpose to Life is a global engagement initiative launched in 2024 to raise awareness of climate change and sustainability across Nefab. The initiative was delivered through Climate Fresk workshops, with over 120 trained community managers facilitating sessions across the organization.
During 2025, these initiatives moved from awareness to action. Nefab’s sales teams actively promoted returnable packaging solutions, introducing 102 reusable solutions and supporting reductions of more than 80,000 tons of CO2eq in customer supply chains.
